Reliable Leads Flow is a sales and marketing agency that generates, verifies, and qualifies real estate leads and sets confirmed face-to-face listing appointments between homeowners and partner Realtors across the United States. Specific service levels, volumes, and fees are defined in the applicable plan or written agreement between you and Reliable Leads Flow.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability and plan level. We use reasonable efforts to confirm every appointment and send reminders to both parties.
• Occasionally, homeowners reschedule or cancel. In such cases, we will work with you to arrange a replacement appointment in accordance with your plan terms.
• Google Meet consultations are hosted via Google Calendar; use of that feature is subject to Google's terms of service.

3. No Guaranteed Results

We are committed to delivering verified, confirmed appointments; however, we do not guarantee that any appointment will result in a signed listing agreement, a closed transaction, or a specific amount of revenue. Real estate outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

4. Payments & Pay-At-Closing

• Monthly plans are billed at the rates published on our Pricing page unless otherwise agreed in writing. A 30% launch discount may apply as indicated.
• There is no setup fee and no large agency retainer.
• Under pay-at-closing partnership arrangements, a fee of 20% of the applicable commission is due at closing on transactions originated from our appointments, as specified in the applicable agreement.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting us or booking appointments.
• Attend confirmed appointments prepared and on time, or notify us in advance if you must reschedule.
• Comply with all applicable real estate licensing laws, fair housing laws, and regulations in your state when working opportunities we provide.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or scrape its content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and layout — is the property of Reliable Leads Flow or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites (including Google services) and embedded content. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with any third party are strictly between you and that third party.
